The selling process explained…

  1. Let’s look at your house and get it ready for market! We’ll walk around your home together and we’ll decide how you’ll prep your home for sale. This can include painting, repairs, staging, landscaping…you get the idea. Ultimately we work together as a team! I won’t pressure you to do anything you don’t want to do!

  2. We’ll look at what’s sold in your neighborhood to determine a listing price.

  3. You’ll fill out property disclosures and review and sign a listing agreement.

  4. Photo time! Your home has a glamorous photo shoot.

  5. We take those photos and create snappy marketing materials.

  6. It’s now time for the “for sale” sign, a flyer box, and a lockbox. Everyone will know your house is for sale!

  7. Time to sell! We’ll decide on whether you want a brokers tour, open houses, or “the works” and schedule it all. You’re in the drivers seat! I will market as much as you’re comfortable (marketing is kinda my thing). If you’re living in the home this is either less or more depending on your comfort level.

  8. Your listing is live! We’ll advertise it in all the right places so all potential buyers can see it: zillow, redfin, social media, email—an overall marketing blitz!

  9. Buyers agents will schedule private appointments to show your home. I’ll stay in regular contact with you about showing counts, buyer feedback and overall interest.

  10. You’ll receive an offer or offers. You get to decide which offer is best for you and accept it.

  11. Your home is PENDING!
