I’m just going to focus on the positive and show you pretty pictures of houses I helped client’s sell. I own the pictures of these beauties so I can use the images! Just know I also helped a bunch of folks buy houses too! But these last few months I’ve been so very fortunate to have a lot of listings!
This one was our New Year’s baby and listed on 1/1/21. It was on the market for 3 days and got 12 offers! It’s pending now—but it was a slam dunk in all regards—cute house, cute owners, happy buyers (so far), and went waaaayyy over asking! Listed by yours truly & Sally Schwartz.
This Sellwood cutie was listed mid-December and was on the market for 4 days with multiple offers and was another slam dunk. Happy everyone—it’s still pending! I was the listing agent along with Sally Schwartz (my partner in crime)
This one was an absolute frenzy. I think folks were fighting in the street to get into it (kidding, not kidding). We had so many offers! It was on the market a total of 3 days & went way above asking price. It’s still pending—but it’s all going swimmingly. Listed by me and the Super Schwartz.
This mid-century stunner had multiple offers and went waaayyy over asking. It had happy clients on all sides. My awesome seller even bought the new owners champagne and left and love note. May every transaction be so friendly! Listed by me!
This cute condo was only on the market for a hot second (which is saying a lot, condos can take a minute to sell), it went over asking and everyone was super happy! It was listed by me and my work wife, Sally Schwartz (we call ourselves the #jewcrew)
Why do I think we sold these homes so quickly, and for over asking price? Well, there’s a few key areas Sally and I both excel in. I don’t know if you remember the shop Pin Me Apparel on N. Mississippi in Portland, but Sally was the owner of that shop. I owned a shop too—Mink on SE Hawthorne. Not only were we both once shop owners, we both just happen to be designers too. That means we are talented in understanding consumer trends, the psychology of WHY something sells, and we know how to make a home look ultra-desirable (and mega-cute too). We are also pretty dang talented at pricing a home so it not only gets lots of interest—but the price escalates. Why have Sally and I paired up? We have so much fun together! We also compliment each other’s style and when we collaborate magic happens!
